Make the right choice and it will last you many years. Talk with us about your specific needs and we will advise you as to the best choice. We won't baffle you with technicalities but provide you with good honest advice     What do I need for an installation? Your Spa needs to be on a flat level surface. We recommend a 3" concrete base or use our spa pads for a quick and cost effective method of achieveing a level surface. Depending on your choice of spa you will need anything from a standard 13 Amp upto a 32 Amp electrical connection. You will also need to ensure that you have clear access to where the Spa is being placed.   Do I need a service contract? Definitely not. This is a ploy used by many Spa Companies to tie you into worthless maintenance contracts. If you buy a quality Spa then you will be covered for many years by your warranty. You may want to consider a service contract towards the end of your warranty period, but quite often the cost of these exceed what a spa technician can repair you Hot Tub for.   How much does it cost to run a spa? We can't give you a precise figure and be wary of those who can. The cost varies on the size of the tub and the usage of the spa along with the efficiency of the spa. We use 30lb density foam on the backs of all our spas to provide insulation against heat loss. Our blowers take warm air from the cabinet and we supply rigid insulation covers with all our spas. In all we provide Quality Spas at a sensible price. Does a spa from JustSpas include an ozonator ? In a word YES. . Can I buy my spa direct from the Manufacturer? Our Spas are direct from the Manufacturer missing out the expensive distributor in the middle. This is why you will see our prices are 30-40% cheaper than our competitors. Come along to our showroom in Washington and then compare our spas with other companies. What happens if I buy a spa from JustSpas and you go out of business? The warranty you receive is provided by the Spa Manufacturer. If a dealer does go out of business, then the manufacturer locates another dealer or service company in your area to ensure customers continue to receive service if needed.
